The truth is, I was too. For years I was spinning my tires, spending hours in the gym hoping to recomp my body.
Shit was tiring looking back, and completely unnecessary.
I'm an athlete....but it isn't how I get paid.....
I just trained & trained
Like chasing a white rabbit.
I was never satisfied with the results I got.
I tried to hide my TRUE intentions,
(attracting higher quality opportunities)
with an excessive obsession with fitness.
Running marathons, doing two a day, revolving my whole life around GOING TO THE GYM.
Seriously, hours of my life I could've spent figuring out how to buy my first Lamborghini, but instead, you could find me running in circles...literally
Now I'm not saying I'm not proud of the hours I've put in...I am,
there's character development in massive amounts of pain, but after a certain point, the cost outweighs the benefit.
I had definitely hit that point.
It took a change in perspective about fitness, and health.
springing from the question "How do I build an amazing physique in the most EFFICIENT way possible"?
It took years.
Diets, cult followings, scams....,.
none of them worked. I was basically once again miserable
and had crap results.
and it wasn't until I was ready to give up....
That I finally cracked the code
the code to recomping.
and it was more obvious than I imagined.
After a conversation about beets, and their effect on arousal, and testosterone....
I had an idea.....
noticing there were things that caused the body to be in anabolic states (build)
and catabolic states (Metabolize or consume).
There had to be a way to optimize the anabolic state.
like making the money you work for, also work for you.
It turns out....there was.
and Id hate to say it, but its nothing new.....There's always a distraction.
A distraction from the tried and true path.
The path we've strayed away from.
When you follow some BASIC principles, that produce MA?SSIVE results....The game is easy.

Pretty easy if you ask me....but for some reason,

everyone was just like me, running in circles.
Like a chicken with their head cut off.
while people were sitting back eating cheeseburgers, with a 6 pack!
